Egg Pancake

The perfect egg pancake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dough

  • 300 g Wheat flour
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 ml Milk

For frying

  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Topping of your choice

  • Sugar and cinnamon
  • Jam
  • Cream cheese
  • Nutella
  • …….
  1. Mix the eggs, milk, sugar and salt in a bowl with the mixer, gradually add the flour until a smooth, not too viscous dough is formed.
  2. Pour the vegetable oil into a large, coated pan with a brush and heat it at the highest level.
  3. Put a soup ladle of batter into the pan and spread it over the bottom of the pan with a gentle swiveling motion. When the batter is firm, turn it once with a spatula and bake to the end.
  4. After the first pancake, reduce the heat to medium and bake the rest of the dough.
  5. Keep the finished pancakes warm on a plate in the oven at 50-60 °.
