Egg Pancake
The perfect egg pancake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 300 g Wheat flour
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 500 ml Milk
For frying
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Topping of your choice
- Sugar and cinnamon
- Jam
- Cream cheese
- Nutella
- …….
- Mix the eggs, milk, sugar and salt in a bowl with the mixer, gradually add the flour until a smooth, not too viscous dough is formed.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a large, coated pan with a brush and heat it at the highest level.
- Put a soup ladle of batter into the pan and spread it over the bottom of the pan with a gentle swiveling motion. When the batter is firm, turn it once with a spatula and bake to the end.
- After the first pancake, reduce the heat to medium and bake the rest of the dough.
- Keep the finished pancakes warm on a plate in the oven at 50-60 °.
