perfect for Easter and very tasty

Combine the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead into a stiff dough. Divide the dough into several small pieces and roll out until very thin. It’s best to roll it out on a kitchen towel; you should be able to see the kitchen towel through the dough. Mix the 300g of sugar with the vanilla sugar. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with plenty of melted butter, then add a layer of the sugar mixture. Then, using a kitchen wheel, cut out squares and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C, until the egg tarts are nicely browned. Repeat with the remaining dough.
