Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder and mustard. Finely dice the onion and add it. Meanwhile, hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Then, rinse, peel, and cool. Cut into small cubes and mix with the mayonnaise.
