Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- 100 g cheese, grated
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brush a baking sheet with oil. Peel and grate the potatoes, and spread them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and Provençal herbs, top with cheese, and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F) top and bottom heat. Serve with a fresh salad.
