Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut into not too small cubes.
  • 1 can pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 200 g ham, cooked, finely diced
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • Salt, depending on how salty the cooked ham is
  • some pepper, freshly ground mixed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Let it sit for a while and season with salt if desired. We always serve it with toast.
