Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small can of corn, drained
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 chicory
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch basil, fresh

Peel and dice the apple, Gouda, and yellow bell pepper, then mix with the corn. For the dressing, combine the vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, pepper, and fresh basil. Peel and tear the chicory into leaves. Mix all ingredients together and arrange the salad on the chicory leaves.
