Egg salad a la Brigitte

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 class jar mayonnaise, (delicate mayonnaise)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the eggs. Dice the gherkins and ham. Gently mix everything together, then add the mayo and season with salt and pepper. A little paprika powder doesn’t hurt either.
