Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with mushrooms

Boil the eggs hard. Then let them cool and peel them. Slice them (using an egg slicer) and place them in a bowl. Drain the mushrooms and add them. Top with mayonnaise, spices, and chives. Finally, mix everything together and serve.
