Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs, boiled, sliced
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • mayonnaise
  • Crème fraîche or sour cream
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce
  • curry
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, in rolls
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix mayonnaise and crème fraîche with curry and paprika powder, soy and Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper until creamy, carefully fold in the boiled egg slices and sprinkle with the ham cubes and chives.
