Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Slice the eggs lengthwise and crosswise in an egg slicer. Mix with mayonnaise and mustard, and season the salad with Maggi. This salad is enough for 4-6 half rolls.
