Prepare the vinaigrette from the first 6 ingredients. Add the shallots or onions. Fold in the hand cheese and watermelon in approximately 3 cm pieces. Caution! The hand cheese is very clingy and difficult to separate. It is recommended to add it in small portions, mixing it into the remaining ingredients before adding the next portion. This recipe tastes great freshly made. It can also be prepared the next day, which allows the flavors to blend better.
