Egg sauce with basil

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 3 stalks of basil
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix together chopped eggs, mustard, chopped onion, mayonnaise, and milk. Finely chop the basil and add it to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Suitable for fondue.
