Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour (type 1050)
  • 500 g wheat bran, fine
  • 500 g flour (type 1370)
  • 1 pack of sourdough extract
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g grains (multi-grain mix), to taste
  • 1.100 ml water, lukewarm
  • Grease for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the water with the yeast. Once the yeast is foaming, add approximately 500g of flour and stir in. Add the multigrain mix. Mix 500g of flour with the sourdough extract and salt, then knead in. Add the oil and knead well. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours. Then add the bran and knead in. Divide the dough in half, pour into two greased loaf pans, and let rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan setting) for approximately 50-60 minutes.
