Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- Salt
- 5 tbsp oil
- optionally cheese (Emmental), grated
- 4 slices of toast
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crack each egg into a cup, season with salt, add 10g of breadcrumbs, and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into a pan with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Place the finished egg cutlets on hot toast. Variation: You can add 5g of grated Emmental cheese to each egg before frying. Serve with vegetable salads or pickles.
