Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the eggs lengthwise, then crosswise, using an egg slicer. Place them in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mustard and stir until the mixture turns a yellowish color. It doesn’t look particularly appealing and is very rich, but it tastes sinfully good – best served on freshly toasted bread or baguette.
