Ingredients
 

  • 120 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 6 tbsp Block chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Beat the butter until frothy, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder. Then add 2 tablespoons of milk to the dough and stir until the dough is difficult to tear.
  • 6 Fill the muffin molds halfway with the batter and top each with a tablespoon of coarsely chopped block chocolate. Stir 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the remaining batter. Pour this batter into the muffin cases. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
  • When eaten hot, the muffins have a liquid chocolate layer and a dark topping.
