Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 rolls
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a favorite dish from my childhood

Whisk together the milk, eggs, finely chopped parsley, and seasonings. Cut the rolls into cubes, toast them in butter, and add them to the milk and egg mixture. Bake in a well-greased baking dish at 200°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with boiled potatoes and cucumber salad or leaf salad with sour cream dressing.
