Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 115 g butter, soft, or margarine
- 50 g double cream cheese
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml carbonated water
- 225 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Egg yolk utilization, makes 10 waffles with 5 egg yolks
Combine the first 5 ingredients with a mixer. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the batter alternately with the liquid. Depending on the size of the egg yolks, you may need to add a little more liquid. The batter should not have a sticky consistency, but should flow slowly from the ladle like regular waffle batter. Now preheat the waffle iron and bake the waffles at medium heat. Makes 10 waffles.
