Spinach pancakes from my grandma

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g leaf spinach
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • e.g. milk
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • e.g. butter or lard

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and chop the spinach. Mix the eggs, flour, salt, milk, and nutmeg into a batter, then add the spinach. Fry in batches in a hot pan with butter OR lard on both sides. You can serve it with tomato sauce, but it’s not required.
