Eggnog Bundt Cake

The perfect eggnog bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Spelled flour
  • 125 g Food starch
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Agave syrup
  • 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 250 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 250 ml Advocaat
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Meringue dots
  • Oil / fat for the mold
  1. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Then whisk the oil, egg liqueur, agave syrup, vanilla well and gradually add the eggs.

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!

  1. When everything is nice and frothy, add the flour mixture. Mix everything well and place in a greased bundt cake pan.
  2. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. Then fall onto a grid and let cool down!

What is the meringue all about … 😀

  1. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any powdered sugar! Out of necessity, I simply rubbed a few drops of meringue on the Parmesan grater! Was almost better than powdered sugar! 😀
  2. So! After cooling off with meringue snow ?! 🙂 pollinate!
