Eggnog Bundt Cake
The perfect eggnog bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Spelled flour
- 125 g Food starch
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 150 g Agave syrup
- 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
- 250 ml Rapeseed oil
- 250 ml Advocaat
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Meringue dots
- Oil / fat for the mold
- Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Then whisk the oil, egg liqueur, agave syrup, vanilla well and gradually add the eggs.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!
- When everything is nice and frothy, add the flour mixture. Mix everything well and place in a greased bundt cake pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. Then fall onto a grid and let cool down!
What is the meringue all about … 😀
- Unfortunately, I didn’t have any powdered sugar! Out of necessity, I simply rubbed a few drops of meringue on the Parmesan grater! Was almost better than powdered sugar! 😀
