Plate Feast

The perfect plate feast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Peanut oil
  • 3 tbsp Minute steaks approx. 200 g
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 3 Small onions approx. 150 g
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Small mushrooms (here: 10 pieces!)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Cooking cream (here: ½ cup from HANSANO!)
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 100 g Pickled peppers from stock (see my recipe: *)
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  • 1 Walnut Ciabatta
  1. Peel the onions, cut in half crosswise, fry / roast on both sides in a small pan with butter (1 tbsp) and remove. Clean / brush the mushrooms. Peel the cloves of garlic, dice finely, fry in a pan with butter (2 tablespoons), add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze / pour in the cooking cream (100 g), season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) and mild curry powder (½ teaspoon). Boil / reduce everything for a few minutes and remove from the stove. Share 1 minute steak. Sear the minute steaks in a pan with hot peanut oil (4 tbsp) on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Paprika pickled according to Mutti Cz: *) Paprika pickled according to Mutti Cz Arrange everything on 2 plates, garnish with parsley and serve with sliced ​​walnut ciabatta.
