Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g icing sugar, sifted
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 150 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 4 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

First, beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar and sifted powdered sugar until frothy. Then carefully stir in the oil and egg liqueur. Finally, combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and carefully fold into the egg liqueur mixture. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Be careful—the cake will rise well. After baking, let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
