Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 egg(s), separated
- 250 ml milk
- 25 ml Marsala
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Whisk the egg yolks thoroughly with 25g of sugar. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Then gently whisk together the egg yolks, beaten egg whites, milk, and the remaining sugar. Pour into the ice cream maker and add the Marsala while whisking. Continue whisking until the mixture is creamy and stiff.
