Eggnog ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • 400 g condensed milk, sweetened
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whip the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form and add the vanilla powder. Carefully fold in the sweetened condensed milk and eggnog. Finely chop the dark chocolate and gently fold it in. Transfer the ice cream mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can also pour the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze overnight. To serve, drizzle with eggnog, if desired, and serve with ice cream cones.
