Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 20 ml egg liqueur
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • 1 ice cube

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and chop the kiwis, and place them in a tall mixing bowl. Peel and core the pear, then add it to the kiwi pieces. Pour in the eggnog and tonic water and blend until smooth. Strain the drink through a sieve. Place the ice cubes in a glass, pour the long drink over it, garnish, and serve.
