Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 400 g flour
- 150 g potato flour
- 200 ml egg liqueur
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g chocolate coating
- ¼ cube coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Briefly preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Beat the egg and butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod and add them. Mix the potato flour and flour and stir into the batter alternately with the egg liqueur. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps (spread out) onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Melt the chocolate coating with palm oil in a bain-marie and coat half of the cookies with it. Leave the others as is. Makes approximately 120 cookies.
