Ingredients
 

  • 1 Eggplant
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Thyme, dried
  • Rosemary, dried
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the aubergine and cut into approx. 0.5-1 cm thick slices and distribute in a tin or on a baking sheet. Preheat the tube to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  • Put the olive oil in a bowl, peel the garlic cloves and press them into the bowl with the oil. Add all the spices and stir everything well.
  • Distribute the spice oil evenly on the aubergine slices (e.g. with a brush) and pour it into the tube.
  • Leave in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, take out. Drizzle with olive oil and / or balsamic vinegar if you like and garnish with basil leaves. Tastes delicious warm and cold! 🙂
