Roast Tomatoes with Garlic …

The perfect roast tomatoes with garlic … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 fixed Tomatoes – fully ripe
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 20 g Branded butter
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Wash the tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half crosswise.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the tomato halves with the cut surface for about two minutes at a high temperature, then turn, add the good butter and simmer for another two minutes.
  3. Let the chopped garlic fry for half a minute (no longer). Using a spoon, drizzle the roasting ingredients from the pan with the garlic over the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
