Eggs – Cucumbers – Plate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp cream or milk
  • 150 g yogurt, whole milk
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Cress, for garnishing
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them. Wash the cucumber and slice them diagonally into thin slices. Trim the spring onions and slice them into rings. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the cucumbers and eggs on 4 plates, sprinkle the spring onions on top. Spread the dressing evenly and garnish with cress.
