Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, cut into strips
- 300 g Brie(s) or Camembert, diced
- 2 spring onions, cut into rings
- 200 g cream, sweet
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- Salt
- Garlic pepper
- possibly balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the iceberg lettuce, quarter it, remove the stem, and cut it into thin strips. Finely dice the Brie or cut it into strips. Mix the cream, yogurt, salt, and garlic pepper into a sauce. Stir in the iceberg lettuce strips, spring onions, and the diced Brie. Season with a few drops of balsamic vinegar, if desired.
