Eggs: Herb Omelette with Goat Cheese
The perfect eggs: herb omelette with goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Low-Fat milk
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 100 g Mild goat cheese
- 2 tsp Fresh cress
- 4 tsp 8-Kräuter-Mischung tiefgefroren
- 2 medium-sized Fresh shallots
- 4 piece Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Beat the eggs in a bowl or mixing bowl, add the milk and season with salt and pepper. Now stir in the 8 herb mixture.
- Peel the shallot and cut it into fine cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallot cubes in it until translucent.
- Put the egg mixture in the pan on top of the onion and let it set over low heat. Turn once.
- Now fold the omelette in half, spread the goat cheese on top and put a lid on the pan.
Important:
- Make sure you are using little heat!
- Let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes.
- If we had it at noon today, it was delicious!
