Eggs: Herb Omelette with Goat Cheese

The perfect eggs: herb omelette with goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 ml Low-Fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 100 g Mild goat cheese
  • 2 tsp Fresh cress
  • 4 tsp 8-Kräuter-Mischung tiefgefroren
  • 2 medium-sized Fresh shallots
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl or mixing bowl, add the milk and season with salt and pepper. Now stir in the 8 herb mixture.
  2. Peel the shallot and cut it into fine cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallot cubes in it until translucent.
  3. Put the egg mixture in the pan on top of the onion and let it set over low heat. Turn once.
  4. Now fold the omelette in half, spread the goat cheese on top and put a lid on the pan.

Important:

  1. Make sure you are using little heat!
  2. Let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes.
  3. If we had it at noon today, it was delicious!
