Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 pack of mixed herbs for green sauce, finely chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 200 g remoulade
- 7 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and set aside. Combine the sour cream, remoulade, herbs, sour cream, and mustard in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cut the eggs into eighths or slices, add them to the green sauce, and serve. Serve with boiled potatoes.
