Fennel salad with salami

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 200 g salami, very thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard (honey mustard)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze half a lemon and half an orange. Slice the remaining halves for garnish. Wash and trim the fennel, and remove the stem. Finely grate it and arrange it on plates with the salami slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with the juices, mustard, a pinch each of salt and pepper, and stir in the olive oil. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and garnish with the lemon and orange slices.
