Eggs in mustard sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml milk
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. mustard
  • n. B. Egg(s), boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil and sauté the diced onion and flour until light yellow. Stir in the liquid and simmer over low heat. Season the sauce with salt, a pinch of sugar, and the mustard (amount as needed). Add the boiled eggs. Serve with potatoes.
