Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • e.g. lemon juice, some dashes
  • n. B. Jam of your choice, for spreading
  • 250 g marzipan for topping
  • n. B. Chocolate coating for spreading
  • n. B. Walnut halves for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Make the shortcrust pastry, cut out round cookies, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, spread with jam, top with marzipan, and drizzle with chocolate icing. Top with a walnut half.
