Eggs in Mustard Sauce

The perfect eggs in mustard sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Flour
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 125 g Mustard
  • Pepper
  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan
  2. Add the flour and sweat while stirring constantly, do not let it brown
  3. Now pour in the vegetable stock, add the cream and season with pepper
  4. Bring to the boil briefly and then stir in the mustard
  5. Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes
  6. Boiled potatoes are served with it
