Eggs with Mustard Sauce
The perfect eggs with mustard sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 50 g Diced Bacon
- 2 teaspoon Butter
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
- 250 ml Cream 10% fat
- 1 tbsp Mild mustard
- 1 tbsp Parsely
- Salt and pepper
- Grease 2 ovenproof molds well with the butter, break 3 eggs in each mold. Pour the bacon over the eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and distribute the chives on the eggs. Put on the wire rack in the preheated oven, at about 200 degrees Let stand for 25 minutes. For the sauce: put the cream in a saucepan, reduce it to halfway, stir with the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Remove the eggs from the edge with a knife, place on a plate with the sauce, garnish with the parsley and serve.
