Eggs on leeks

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g leek
  • 30 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 100 ml broth
  • Sea salt
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the leek into pieces, sauté in butter for 10 minutes, add the heavy cream and hot broth, bring to a boil, season with spices, peel the hard-boiled eggs, halve them, place them on the leek, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve with potatoes.
