Eggs – Potato Pan

The perfect eggs – potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 7 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 piece Fresh tomato
  • 5 small Cooked potato
  • Chives
  • Salt
  • Chilli salt
  1. Beat the eggs and add a little salt
  2. Cut the onions into slices and cut 1 bite potato in half – fry and season with chilli salt
  3. When the potatoes are seared golden on both sides, empty the beaten eggs over them and stop
  4. As soon as everything is 2/3 thick, sprinkle a little chives over the top and place the tomatoes on top. Let it stop when done. Let the tomatoes get lukewarm.
  5. A fine salad goes wonderfully with it.
