Eggs – Potato Pan
The perfect eggs – potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 7 piece Free range eggs
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 piece Fresh tomato
- 5 small Cooked potato
- Chives
- Salt
- Chilli salt
- Beat the eggs and add a little salt
- Cut the onions into slices and cut 1 bite potato in half – fry and season with chilli salt
- When the potatoes are seared golden on both sides, empty the beaten eggs over them and stop
- As soon as everything is 2/3 thick, sprinkle a little chives over the top and place the tomatoes on top. Let it stop when done. Let the tomatoes get lukewarm.
- A fine salad goes wonderfully with it.
