Ingredients
- 2 lovely Veal schnitzel
- 2 lovely Vegan butter
- 6 piece Fresh mushrooms
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 a cup Flour butter
- 2 cups Rice
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth *
- 2 tsp Cut chives-to-garnish
Instructions
- Beat the schnitzel well, put in a foil bag and work with a flat beater.
- Brush and cut the mushrooms. Put some Alsan in a pan and toss the chopped onions in it, then add the sliced / chopped mushrooms and sweat everything out (there is water in the mushrooms).
- Pour in the beaker of cream, heat it up and round it off with a little flour butter.
Boil rice
- Put the rice in water, I use vegetable broth to season and cook the rice, put in a sieve and let the rest of the water run off.
- Fry the schnitzel (my daughter fried because we ate something else) in the hot Alsan on both sides and then arrange everything on plates and only then do I season the schnitzel ..... Do not season the veal before or during the roasting , the meat dries out and becomes the sole of a shoe :-)))
