Eggs Ragout

- 6 Free range eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- Mustard
- Capers
- Boil the eggs hard. Now melt the butter in the saucepan and briefly brown the flour in it. Deglaze with cold water and stir until there are no lumps. Now add the mustard. I mix medium-hot mustard with sweet mustard Then cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and add to the sauce, add capers to taste, done.
