The perfect drink: cream liqueur à la baileys recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 ml Sweetened condensed milk
- 300 ml Irish whiskey
- 200 ml Sweet cream
- 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tbsp Espresso powder
- Put all ingredients except the cream in a suitable container, strain the esspresso and cocoa through a sieve. Mix the whole thing well with a blender.
- Now add the cream and stir well with a whisk.
- Fill into an attractive bottle and enjoy.
- Store in the refrigerator, as this liqueur only has about 13% alcohol.
