Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 1 chili pepper(s) (Habanero pepper)
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
African breakfast, spicy
Slice the onion into rings and fry in a pan until lightly browned. Meanwhile, combine the eggs with the garlic, paprika, granulated stock, and habanero peppers (chopped finely) in a bowl and mix. Add to the browned onions and let set like scrambled eggs. Serve with fresh bread rolls and finely chopped fresh tomatoes.
