Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 80 g margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- n. B. plum jam
- e.g. cinnamon
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Make a yeast dough from the first six ingredients and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Then roll it out into a large rectangle and spread with plum jam. Roll tightly and cut into slices approximately 1 to 1 1/2 cm thick. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
