Eisburger from Briloner Croissants with Strawberry Sauce

The perfect eisburger from briloner croissants with strawberry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 piece Kiwi
  • 5 piece Milk roll
  • 1,5 tbsp Chopped pistachios
  • 5 piece Vanilla ice cream balls
  • 5 piece Strawberry ice cream balls
  • 100 ml Marsala
  • 250 g Spray cream
  1. Put the strawberries in a saucepan, mix with powdered sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring everything to the boil and then puree. Depending on the acidity, season again with powdered sugar.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Halve the milk roll. Brush one half with strawberry sauce. Cover with kiwi slices and place 1 scoop of vanilla and 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream on top.
  3. Sprinkle the ice burgers with pistachios and place the lid on them. Garnish with strawberry sauce. Put Marsala in a small glass and cover with whipped cream – serve with it.
