Eisburger from Briloner Croissants with Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Kiwi
  • 5 Milk roll
  • 1,5 tbsp Chopped pistachios
  • 5 Vanilla ice cream balls
  • 5 Strawberry ice cream balls
  • 100 ml Marsala
  • 250 g Spray cream

Instructions
 

  • Put the strawberries in a saucepan, mix with powdered sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring everything to the boil and then puree. Depending on the acidity, season again with powdered sugar.
  • Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Halve the milk roll. Brush one half with strawberry sauce. Cover with kiwi slices and place 1 scoop of vanilla and 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream on top.
  • Sprinkle the ice burgers with pistachios and place the lid on them. Garnish with strawberry sauce. Put Marsala in a small glass and cover with whipped cream - serve with it.
