Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cl schnapps (Williams – Christ – pear), chilled
- 2 cl syrup (elderflower), chilled
- 4 cl sparkling wine or Prosecco, chilled
- 2 cl pear juice, chilled
- 1 pear(s) (Williams – Christ), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir together the chilled ingredients, except for the sparkling wine. Pour into a champagne glass and fill with sparkling wine. Thread the pear pieces onto a skewer and place it in the glass. Alternatively, prepare a larger batch in a punch bowl and add the pear pieces. Top up with sparkling wine before serving.
