Mulled Gin 'Chamomile'

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml chamomile tea, ready prepared
  • 6 ml elderflower syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • n. B. Gin, approx. 40 – 80 ml
  • ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour chamomile tea into a saucepan. Add elderflower syrup and vanilla sugar to the tea, stirring constantly, but do not boil. Add gin and lemon juice and season to taste. Pour into heatproof glasses or mugs and serve hot. Note: Adjust the syrup, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and gin to your taste. Tip: A mild gin with a light, juniper-like flavor is best.
