makes a delicious herbal lemonade

Bring the water to a boil with the sugar and citric acid. Let it cool and add the cleaned herbs. Cover and let it rest in a cool place for 48 hours. Stir occasionally. Then strain through a cheesecloth and bring to a boil. Pour into prepared bottles while still hot. This makes a delicious herbal lemonade with a distinct elderflower aroma. 1-2 tablespoons are enough for a 250ml glass of water.
