Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 180 g milk
- 2 elderflower umbels, the flowers of which
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar, you can use more
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil or butter
- n. B. Tonka bean abrasion
- some oil or butter for baking
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
Clean the umbels and let the milk steep with the flowers for at least 2 hours. Strain the flowers as needed. Stir the remaining ingredients into the milk. Heat oil or butter in a pan and fry pancakes.
