Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 large elderflower heads
  • 750 ml Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 28 days; Total time approx. 28 days 5 minutes

Shake the elderflowers thoroughly to remove any microorganisms. Place the cleaned elderflowers in a large jar with the sugar and lemon juice. Pour the vinegar on top and shake well. Let the vinegar steep, then strain after 4 weeks and pour into smaller bottles.
